Our Board of Directors
The Board of Directors at Endo Pharmaceuticals is responsible for monitoring the operating performance and financial condition of the company, appointing the chief executive, overseeing the company's adherence to corporate governance standards, approving significant transactions, and establishing the strategic direction of the company.
