Overview and Guidelines

The Endo Corporate Giving Program primarily supports initiatives and organizations that are aligned with our goals of improving patient health and supporting research related to the company’s therapeutic areas of focus.

The program also reflects the company’s commitment to supporting national and local organizations that have a direct impact on helping people in need.

Our charitable giving program focuses on supporting the following four areas:

  • Endo supports organizations providing education and resources to patients suffering from conditions related to the company’s therapeutic focus such as pain, prostate cancer, bladder cancer and central precocious puberty.

  • The company is committed to provide funding to research institutes and research fellowship programs at universities to advance the understanding and development of treatment options for the following conditions:
    •   Pain
    •   Prostate Cancer
    •   Bladder cancer
    •   Central precocious puberty (CPP)
    •   Acromegaly
    •   Hypogonadism

  • Endo is committed to giving back to the local communities where we operate by:
    •   Assisting people in need to live healthy, productive and more enriched lives; and
    •   Informing and empowering children to give them a strong foundation to succeed through promoting literacy and education, arts   and cultural initiatives and drug abuse prevention programs.

  • National Humanitarian Organizations

Charitable donations are only provided to publicly funded organizations in the U.S. that are classified as an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit.

Types of requests that will not be considered are:

  •   Membership dues (corporate or individual) to professional associations
  •   Direct contributions to individuals (e.g. scholarship or hardship assistance)
  •   Contributions to those organizations existing primarily for political purposes
  •   Funding for sectarian and religious organizationss
  •   Private foundations
  •   International organizations and causes
  •   Medical or clinical education grants
  •   Memorial funds and labor organizations
  •   Sports teams
  •   Requests that fall outside our areas of focus
  •   Medical and Pharmacy Associations Conferences

Important information for all applicants:

  •   Requests should be submitted as early as possible, but no less than 10 weeks prior to the date the desired contribution is needed.
  •   Any contribution should be considered a one-time commitment without guarantee of renewal (unless a multiple year commitment
      letter from Endo is received)
  •   We prefer to support programs that will have a direct impact rather than sponsoring events, fundraising galas and requests for general   assistance.
  •   Requests will be reviewed by the Endo Corporate Giving Committee. Committee meetings are held every five to six weeks year-round.

How to Apply for a Corporate Contribution

Educational grants are not funded through the Corporate Giving Program.

Please note the following documents are required to be submitted with the online application.

  •   Completed and signed W-9 form (organization name and address must match online application)
  •   Event information, including all sponsorship levels (if applying for event sponsorship)

Faxed, mailed, e-mailed or phoned requests will not be considered.
