Our core business is the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products to manage pain. We have achieved success in this area through superior innovation, flexibility, partnership and commitment to customers and patients.
Beyond pain, Endo plans to build a position in the management of diseases that leverages pain adjacencies and offers distinct solutions to patients, health care professionals and the health care system. This will include the licensing/acquisition, development and commercialization of both small and large molecules, and drug-device combinations.
Our business model is to in-license or acquire pharmaceutical assets with the intent to complete development (as needed) and ultimately commercialize products. Our Corporate Development team leads the evaluation of assets and execution of agreements to support in- and out-licensing, acquisition, strategic alliance and equity investment transactions.
