Nominating & Governance Committee

The purposes of our Nominating & Governance Committee is to identify and to recommend to the Board individuals qualified to serve as Directors of the Company and to advise the Board with respect to the Board composition, governance practices and procedures.

From January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, the Nominating & Governance Committee met eleven times.
