Our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at Endo Health Solutions Inc. is responsible for monitoring the operating performance and financial condition of the company, appointing the chief executive, overseeing the company's adherence to corporate governance standards, approving significant transactions, and establishing the strategic direction of the company.

The Board consists of ten members and is led by Roger Kimmel, who has served as Chairman since May 30, 2007.
