HEALTH
We’re in the business of health, so naturally we want you and your family to have first-rate care and
coverage you can count on. Here's an overview of our plans.
Medical Plans Comprehensive medical insurance is available immediately upon your date of hire.
We offer two PPO ("preferred provider organization") plans.
Neither requires you to select a primary care physician, and no referral is required to see a specialist.
Pharmacy Benefits
Prescriptions are available at retail pharmacies or through a mail order program. In addition, if you are prescribed an Endo medication (excluding opioids), there is no
co-payment.
Dental & Vision
Our dental plan offers an extensive network of providers that accept pre-negotiated, reduced fees for services. The vision plan includes a $200 annual vision reimbursement.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Lower your taxes with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). With a Health Care FSA, you can set aside pretax dollars for health-related out-of-pocket expenses. A Dependent Care FSA lets you set aside pretax dollars for day care, elder care, in-home child care or even nursery school.

Total Compensation We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the accomplishments and contributions of every Endo employee. For this reason, all employees are eligible to participate in all three components of compensation at Endo: competitive base pay, bonuses and stock awards.
401(k)
Endo’s 401(k) plan is flexible, providing many ways to save and invest. Our plan offers rich company matching contributions that are fully vested in only one year.

Educational Assistance Endo has an educational assistance program to encourage personal development through formal education. This program enables you to maintain or improve job-related skills.

Holidays We offer eight company-designated paid holidays each year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
This program offers scheduling flexibility, allowing you to request paid time off even before it is accrued. As the length of your employment increases, so will your available time off. In addition, you may receive service credit for some or all of your prior relevant industry experience (maximum 15 years). Also, unlike at some companies, Endo’s FTO policy does not include sick time, which is covered under a separate program.
Flexible Business Hours
Endo has a policy allowing for flexibility in work scheduling, within standard business hours. An employee may work with his or her manager to determine the feasibility and specifics of a flexible schedule, based on the needs of the business and the employee.
Civic Duty
Jury Duty and Military Leave allow for regular pay during some or all of your service.
Parenting Benefits
Endo supports employees as they welcome a child into the home. New mothers who give birth qualify for short-term disability pay, and other new parents receive paid time off as part of our Parental Leave program. In addition, Endo offers an adoption assistance program that reimburses some adoption expenses. Of course, Endo also recognizes those who are eligible for additional unpaid leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Employee Assistance Program
This work-life balance program offers employees and their families a confidential, 24/7/365 resource for helping find solutions to everyday issues as well as more serious ones. Support is offered in a broad range of areas, including family, finances, legal issues and emotional health.
Matching Gift Program
Endo wants to support worthy causes that are important to you. When you contribute to an eligible charitable organization, the company will match your donation.
