Corporate Governance - Nominating & Governance Committee

The purposes of Endo's Nominating & Governance Committee is to identify and to recommend to the Board individuals qualified to serve as Directors of the Company and to advise the Board with respect to the Board composition, governance practices and procedures.

From January 1, 2007 to August 1, 2007, the Nominating & Governance Committee has met five times.
