Our Outreach
Community service at Endo is a living, breathing effort to positively impact
local communities. It goes beyond classic corporate giving to combine grassroots
employee involvement with strong organizational support. Examples include:
- Support of the Special Olympics Delaware Healthy Athletes Program through volunteer time and company donations.
- Every year Endo has an employee bike team for the Multiple Sclerosis Society’s MS150 Bike to the Bay and City to the Shore fundraiser. This year Endo committed to match up to $50,000 that the team raised through their internal fundraising efforts.
- A Katrina relief effort organized by Endo employees, 15 people received company-paid leave to rehabilitate the home of a 74-year old Louisiana man.
- Twice a year we hold an American Red Cross blood drive
- Several teams have worked through Habitat for Humanity to build homes for local low-income families
- Employee volunteers support for the National Pain Foundation through the annual Triumph Dinner
- In addition Endo offers an employee Matching Gifts Program, matching employee donations to charitable organizations dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000 per year. It's just one more way Endo partners with employees to make a difference in our communities.
- Every year Endo sponsors the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Read to Me Program and Endo executives volunteer to read to Philadelphia pre-K and Kindergarten students.
