Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Working Environment
At Endo, our diversity unites and connects us as One Team. We are committed to cultivating, valuing and embracing every person’s distinct voice. This includes promoting an environment where our team members welcome and appreciate an inclusive workplace culture that draws strength from differences in race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, national origin, color, sexual orientation, disability status, age and all other unique characteristics.
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Senior Leadership Council is chaired by our Chief Executive Officer and includes our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader. Endo’s DEI Senior Leadership Council works in close partnership with our Senior Executive Team. Together, they are actively focused on promoting and maintaining a culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and where unique perspectives fuel innovation and drive our success. Some of our DEI workplace programming includes offering employee resource groups, such as our newly launched group for female team members, and providing specific coursework and training to build better cultural awareness and understanding across our business.
For more information about our broader commitment to DEI, please visit our Corporate Responsibility Report.
As additional information, we have included our most recently filed U.S. Federal Employer Information Report EEO-1 below. Because federal reporting requirements group employees in the EEO-1 differently than the Company does in its Data Summary file of its Corporate Responsibility Report (which aligns with the Company’s organizational structure and employee level or pay grade), the numbers are not directly comparable. While we are making the EEO-1 Report available, we believe the data as presented in the “Our Team” chapter of our Corporate Responsibility Report is the most comprehensive overview of our diversity progress.
