Supplier Code of Conduct
Endo recognizes the important role suppliers play in helping our Company meet its business objectives. Just as we expect our team members to adhere to the Endo Employee Code of Conduct, we ask our suppliers to make a similar commitment to operate with integrity.
All suppliers working with or on behalf of Endo are expected to share in our commitment to operate in an ethical, social and environmentally responsible manner by abiding by the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) guidelines, which serve as the foundation for the Endo Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”). To hold our suppliers accountable, Endo intends to evaluate suppliers’ fulfillment of the principles contained in the Supplier Code and expects suppliers to cooperate, including remediating identified issues. Endo will collaborate with suppliers committed to improving conditions or issues with the goal of managing risks and creating long-term, sustainable value.
