Supplier Diversity
Our Commitment to Supplier Diversity
At Endo, we are proud to be a part of a community of different backgrounds and cultures and we are committed to cultivating, valuing and embracing diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace. In line with our broader Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, we are also building a supplier diversity program to promote the use of businesses that are owned by minorities, women, veterans, LGBTQ members, people with disabilities and other underrepresented groups. By working with a more diverse group of suppliers, we believe we will make better-informed decisions that will drive our business forward and expand opportunities for historically underrepresented business owners. In 2022, Endo increased the number of veteran-owned businesses it engages by more than 30% and increased our spending with those suppliers by more than 500%. The Company has invested in a full-time internal leader to manage our supplier diversity efforts so we can continue to build on these efforts, increase engagement across the business and refine our metrics to monitor performance.
One of the ways Endo engages diverse suppliers is through our Small Business Subcontracting Program.
Small Business Subcontracting Program
Endo actively works to engage small businesses, as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) size standard. In addition, we look for businesses that are certified as HUBZone businesses. Endo welcomes all diverse suppliers with a particular focus on the following SBA classifications:
- Small Business
- Small Minority Business
- Small Disadvantaged Business, to include (ANC and Indian Tribes)
- HUBZone certified Small Business
- Women Owned Small Business
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) Owned Business
Policy
It is Endo’s policy to offer small and diverse suppliers an opportunity to compete for our business. Endo thoroughly reviews all opportunities to include small and diverse business entities consistent with good procurement practices. We encourage all small and diverse businesses to make their status known by completing our Supplier Registration Profile found on the Supplier Registration page. This is an equal opportunity policy and does not discriminate towards race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, color, personal affinity, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
