Living Our Values Award
Because our Values are critical to our success, Endo created the prestigious Living Our Values Award program in 2021 to recognize team members who inspire us by their example and deliver on our vision to help those we serve live their best life.
Each year, Blaise Coleman, President and CEO of Endo, and the senior executive team honor our Living Our Values winners during a live event broadcast across the enterprise. Winners receive a monetary award and commemorative trophy, and will have their names permanently displayed on a plaque at the corporate office. The winners, who were nominated by their peers or leaders, were selected for demonstrating excellence in embodying Endo's Values, Behaviors, Mission and Vision every day, as well as making a significant impact on advancing the Company's strategic priorities.
