We recognize the important role advanced practice providers (APPs) play in urology care.

To highlight their impact, we asked healthcare providers to share their perspectives on APPs’ contributions in their practices and the benefits of a team-based approach in supporting patient care.

The impact is clear: 81.7% of urologists have integrated at least one APP into their practice.1 As physician shortages continue to rise, APPs are helping expand access, reduce burden, and strengthen care coordination.
