Our latest Corporate Responsibility Report reflects the progress we made in 2024 and highlights six years of growth in sustainability and responsible business practices.
This year’s report showcases standout achievements across four key pillars, each representing our team’s ongoing commitment to doing better–for our business, our people, and the planet.
Business Practices
- Launched our first-ever Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week with engaging activities and educational resources to reinforce our Code of Conduct and core policies.
- Achieved 97%+ on-time completion of role-specific training across the organization.
- Introduced our GenAI strategy and rolled out an enterprise-wide training to support the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools and innovation.
Team
- Continued investing in our leadership pipeline – 15% of team members were promoted to new roles through our training programs.
- Expanded The Brake Room, a weekly podcast connecting and engaging field-based team members nationwide.
- Helped fight hunger by providing food for more than 110,000 people through local growing, harvesting, and meal-packing efforts.
Customers
- Launched five new products, including ADRENALIN® (epinephrine in 0.9% sodium chloride injection), the first and only FDA-approved epinephrine IV bag – our seventh addition to the TruDelivery® line.
- Secured first U.S. FDA approval at our Indore manufacturing facility.
- Integrated AI technology into select manufacturing processes to enhance product consistency and reduce variability.
World
- Installed our first solar-powered facility at Indore to improve energy efficiency and lower our carbon footprint.
- Launched two new recycling programs, diverting more than 15 tons of label backings (PET) and packaging trays (PP) from landfills.
- Consolidated shipments to reduce U.S. domestic inbound CO2 emissions (per pallet) by 21% versus 2023.
