Learning and Impact: Reflections From Our Summer 2025 Interns

Purpose & Community Team & Culture

At Endo, our interns don’t just observe. They contribute, innovate, and grow. This summer, they made a lasting impact across departments while gaining hands-on experience. Here's what they enjoyed most, what drew them in, how they grew, and the advice they’d share with future interns.

What They Loved Most

Interns thrived in a collaborative, welcoming environment that offered cross-functional exposure and real-world projects:

  • “I’m really enjoying the exposure to all the behind-the-scenes work in drug development and approval. My rotations through regulatory departments have added depth to my understanding of how medicines reach the market, and I’ve sharpened my drug literature evaluation skills, too.” – Samantha Burns
  • “From day one, everyone has been so welcoming and willing to help. I’ve loved getting exposure to global teams and visiting the Horsham facility to see how XIAFLEX® is made.” – Nicole Castaldo
  • “This internship helped me grow comfortable in a corporate environment. I’ve networked, traveled, and collaborated with people across functions. I’ve learned more in a month here than I ever expected—from real-world experience, not textbooks.” – Sean Connor
  • “I’ve especially appreciated being involved in the quarter-end review process and understanding how financial planning supports key areas like supply chain and operations. A highlight was touring one of the manufacturing sites and seeing how everything comes together.” – Stephanie Kwong

What Drew Them In and What Future Interns Should Know

Interns were inspired by Endo’s size, collaborative spirit, and ability to offer meaningful exposure. Their experiences became examples of what a great internship can look like:

  • “My interest in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically manufacturing, made this a perfect fit. Seeing chemical engineering concepts in action has helped me learn.” – Chelsea Kehoe
  • “I was excited to apply programming skills in a setting where the work impacts patients. The intersection of data and outcomes felt meaningful and purposeful.” – Rohan Variankaval

When asked why others should consider Endo’s internship, the interns had clear advice:

  • “Endo helps you grow not only as a professional, but as a person.” – Max Colannino
  • “Endo provides a truly enriching experience. The cross-functional exposure, direct access to professionals, and weekly development sessions have all helped me grow.” – Skylar Glass

Values, Growth, and Giving Back

Interns shared how Endo’s core values shaped their experience and reflected on the personal and professional growth they achieved along the way:

  • “Collaboration has had the biggest impact on me. It fuels everything in HR – whether we’re working with hiring managers or planning company-wide events.” – Gabriella Gallucci
  • “Collaboration stands out most. The Operations teams constantly work together across prep, bulk, and fill tasks, and the interns and co-ops are not afraid to jump in and problem-solve as one team.” – Anna Xianyu Bochenek

And when it comes to advice for future interns, they had plenty to share:

  • “Network, network, network! People in pharma are often eager to help students find their path. Build relevant experience, stay curious, and bring good energy to interviews.” – Claire Bush
  • “I’ve grown significantly both personally and professionally, especially thanks to the Corporate Tax team.” – Jessica Wogram

Our 2025 interns brought energy, passion, and talent to every task while gaining valuable skills and insights along the way. Their reflections offer inspiration to future professionals eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

We’re grateful to our interns for sharing their time, talents, and perspectives, and for the enthusiasm and dedication they brought to every moment.
